Grisbi Biscuits: A Design of Iconic Brand & Packaging Identity

Creating an Impressive and Strong New Identity

As the third step of the creation of the Brand & Packaging identity, Cesura Barbara drew inspiration from the objective of crafting a real iconic personality using clean and pure elements.

The Grisbi Biscuits project, designed by Cesura Barbara, is the result of a 10-year process of updating the Brand & Packaging identity. It all began in 2010 with the first restyling, aimed at resolving the issue of selling a good product with a messy and chaotic identity. This project represents the second step towards achieving an iconic and strong personality.

The design direction focused on creating an essential structure for the layout, allowing the food appeal of the photos and the clean elegance of the logotype to take center stage. The background was carefully crafted to enhance these two main elements, resulting in a visually striking composition.

The carton box is printed with 7 colors, showcasing the attention to detail and the commitment to quality in this design. The Grisbi Biscuits project was brought to life by a talented team, including Stefano Giuseppe Dell'Orto as the branding consultant, Giacomo Stefanelli as the creative director, and Barbara Cesura as the creative director.

Over the course of 8 months, this design project took shape in Verona, Italy. The challenges faced by the team were significant, as they aimed to elevate the brand to a new level of iconic status. Building upon the first restyling in 2011, the goal was to evolve and create an impressive and strong new identity.

The Grisbi Biscuits design represents more than just a visually appealing packaging. It is the culmination of a decade-long journey, showcasing the unmatched technology behind the biscuits and the dedication to creating a strong and iconic brand. This design has been recognized for its excellence, receiving the Bronze A' Packaging Design Award in 2018. This prestigious award acknowledges designs that demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to improving the quality of life.
